Emilee-N11

Today I made lentils!!! Super easy, very healthy! I loved them! Brandon liked them too but only as a side!

cook lentils with 1 chopped up onion and minced garlic. (1 cup lentils-2cups water)

Saute chopped red onion with a bit of butter/oil until they are brown and sweet!

Combine onions with lentils and add salt to taste!!

Yum, yum, yum!!!

  1. Humm, I will have to try it. I love Dahl Makhana but I am sure there is a lot of other unhealthy and fat stuff that goes into it. I will have to try this. Thanks for sharing.
