Camree- Day 24

Today at work a customer was being very very rude.  She was returning some items and did not bring with her the same card she used to purchase the items.  Our policy in this situation is to give the costumer in store credit.  She was very upset because she wanted the money not the credit but there was nothing i could do. 

I did not say to her all the mean things i was thinking...I think that was very nice of me.

  1. There was a lady who every year would buy her kids winter coats in November and return them in April. I was warned of her in advance and stood my ground that she could not get a refund. The noodle back store manager over turned my firm stance and gave her a refund.This is when I was working at Fred Meyer.
