Today I had the chance to shine in front of one of the Board of Directors when we delivered a presentation that I thought he was going to really like. I did most of the work on the presentation, especially the more technical part, but instead of taking the credit I raved about the contribution of two young Saudi's who helped me. It was fun to walk out of the meeting with them so excited that they had been recognized at that high level.

That was probably a really good feeling--the fact that they will get the promotions because they are Saudi tho and you do all the work and make them shine--that STINKS.
