Today makes day 2 of no dairy. I'm tired of feeling sick all the time so i decided to cut all dairy out of my diet for a while and see if i feel better. It is a lot harder than i thought, especially cutting out cheese, all my favorite foods have cheese.
These benefits my health and challenges my self discipline.

Oooh Cam. It is NOT fun being sick all the time. Especially when you are so busy with work and school. Hey, have you wondered about wheat also? Wish I were there to cook for you. I do believe there is dairy free cheese out there.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to my life!! I went dairy free a year ago or so. I will occasionally have cheese now, and if I keep it really occasional I won't get sick. And - almond milk is soo much better than real milk, so embrace it! :)
ReplyDeleteI am happy to report that I can eat anything. The problem is that I do eat anything and everything. Maybe I need a food allergy. Oh wait I am allergic to egg plant and liver.
