I have been trying to eat very healthy. I am on day 8 of mostly sugar free--we decided we could have one dessert on the weekends--so today I ate french toast with freshly made apple sauce on top without syrup. I am in the middle of making homemade bread--it has the rest of the just made applesauce, whole wheat, bran, oats and honey and olive oil. I am very anxious to try this new creation.
